The greenback is struggling to hold its ground during the North American trade, with the Dow Jones-FXCM U.S. Dollar Index falling back from a high of 9,998, but the reserve currency may regain its footing over the remainder of the week should the Fed’s Beige Book dampen speculation for additional monetary support.
